1. Purpose of this service

Vimora Catalog Tools is a custom internal application used to support TikTok Shop product catalog operations. The app is intended to help the seller manage product listings, SKU variations, inventory updates, price updates, product descriptions, product images, and package dimensions more efficiently.

2. Data we process

The app is designed for product catalog management. It does not intentionally collect or store customer personal data, payment data, order recipient data, or sensitive customer information. The app may process TikTok Shop authorization and technical API information required to connect the seller account and operate approved TikTok Shop API scopes.

3. How data is used

Any data accessed through TikTok Shop APIs is used only for internal product catalog and listing management purposes. Data is not sold, rented, or shared with unrelated third parties.

4. Access control

Access to TikTok Shop accounts, API credentials, Cloudflare Pages, and related catalog management tools is restricted to authorized personnel only. Access is granted only when needed for product catalog, SKU, inventory, price, and listing management operations.

5. Security measures

The service uses HTTPS for pages hosted under the service domain. API credentials and app-related access are restricted to authorized personnel. Devices used for operations are expected to use operating system security protection such as Microsoft Defender / Windows Security and account login controls.

6. Data retention and deletion

Data is retained only as needed for internal operation, troubleshooting, legal obligations, or TikTok Shop platform requirements. At the end of the contractual relationship, collected customer data in our possession will be deleted or returned unless retention is required by law or TikTok Shop platform requirements.

7. User requests

We will assist TikTok Shop or sellers to delete, update, or provide relevant data upon valid user requests, in accordance with TikTok Shop requirements and applicable data protection obligations.

8. Incident response

If a suspected or confirmed data protection incident occurs, we will promptly restrict access, review affected systems, rotate credentials if needed, document the incident, and notify TikTok Shop or relevant sellers when required.

9. Updates to this policy

This policy is reviewed and updated when there are changes to the app, API scopes, data handling process, or TikTok Shop requirements.
